Job Description

Primarilyresponsible for providing exceptional member service to Westerra members whileperforming financial transactions, identifying solutions and cross-sellingproducts and services to help our members achieve financial success. 

Essential Functions: 

Accurately process financial transactionsin a timely manner. 

Identify opportunities and referproducts and services to Westerra Members. 

Refermembers to Westerra Financial Service Representatives and other affiliatedpartners for additional products and solutions. 

Resolvemember related issues and recommend solutions to best fit their needs. 

Contribute to branch goalsand support current business priorities and initiatives. 

Accountable for achievingsales and service related goals and objectives. 

Adhere to all Westerrapolicies and procedures and Federal and State laws and regulations applicableto the credit union. 

Consistently demonstrates theWesterra Way Experience. 

May be required to work atother branch locations as needed. 

Other duties as needed or assigned.  

Qualifications andExperience: 

Minimumof 6 months retail sales and service experience required; 1-3 years preferred

Experiencein a financial institution preferred

Strongsales and referral experience

Accuratehandling of cash and negotiable instruments

HighSchool Diploma or GED is required
