Job Description

Primarily responsible for providing exceptional member service to Westerra members while performing financial transactions, identifying solutions and cross-selling products and services to help our members achieve financial success.  

Essential Functions:

Accurately process financial transactions in a timely manner.  

Identify opportunities and refer products and services to Westerra Members.  

Refer members to Westerra Financial Service Representatives and other affiliated partners for additional products and solutions.  

Resolve member related issues and recommend solutions to best fit their needs.  

Contribute to branch goals and support current business priorities and initiatives.  

Accountable for achieving sales and service related goals and objectives.  

Adhere to all Westerra policies and procedures and Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to the credit union.  

Consistently demonstrates the Westerra Way Experience.  

May be required to work at other branch locations as needed.  

Other duties as needed or assigned.   

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 6 months retail sales and service experience required; 1-3 years preferred

Experience in a financial institution preferred 

Strong sales and referral experience 

Accurate handling of cash and negotiable instruments 

High School Diploma or GED is required
